About Opinex

Opinex Contact Centre was founded in 2014 with only 5 employees and one product to market. Fast forward to the present day, we have grown our company to 64 employees now marketing 4 products. We were able to achieve this milestone and are confident in our continued success due to the help and expertise of our managers, supervisors, quality assurance agents, as well as sales agents, who all excel within their specific fields.

Various other products/clients were tried and tested leaving only the ones that are not just profitable but being able to create solid relationships that share a similar vision and work ethic towards a common goal. At Opinex Contact Centre, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with efficient and effective technical support, customer service and sales assistance. Our offices interact with clients and provide omni-channel customer support including e-mail, chat, VOIP & web support. Experience and expertise is a very powerful combination. Our experience in understanding clients’ requirements, coupled with our technical expertise has enabled us to provide innovative solutions to many satisfied customers.
